What is the e-Ticket? According to the information provided by the General Directorate of Migration, the E-TICKET is a digital form required by multiple institutions for entry or exit from the national territory.

It is mandatory for each passenger to truthfully complete the information in the electronic Ticket for the General Directorate of Migration, the General Directorate of Customs, and the Ministry of Public Health, according to laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02, and 226-06.

Steps to correctly complete the form:

Application:

Access the E-TICKET web portal.

Click on the e-Ticket request button.

Complete the other requested fields.

Click on “Request.”

If you already have a request, click on “Access” and enter your application number.

Within the Form:

Save the generated application code, as this code allows you to access the form at any time.

Accurately fill in the required information.

The Single Customs Declaration is only required for adults (18+).

The Symptom Declaration is only required for entries into the country.

Complete Form:

A Ticket with a QR code will be generated.

Click on the “Generate PDF” button if you wish to save it to your device.
